New year, new energy – 4 questions to ask yourself

The Marketing Pack has headed into 2020 with energy and enthusiasm, knowing our clients are ready to make a difference with their marketing.


Before we get too far into the new year, we want to thank our clients for trusting us to deliver their message to the market. Collectively, we boast nearly 50 clients in 14 states, offering a range of services from marketing strategy and execution to creative design and public relations.

So, if you’re thinking about how you will move the needle on your business this year, ask yourself these four questions:

  1. Do I clearly know who I’m trying to reach? Who are your best customers and how will you find more like them? If you’re not sure, maybe a client profiling initiative could help.

  2. Do I know why customers choose us? Don’t assume it’s for the reasons YOU think are important. What do your customers say makes you their choice? If you’re not sure, building a value proposition based on survey data could reveal the answers.

  3. Are my marketing messages resonating? If you’re not talking about things your customers and prospects care about, there’s a good chance your marketing efforts are falling on deaf ears. Our writers know the importance of speaking the language of customers and moving them to action.

  4. Do I know what’s actually working? Measuring what you do and looking for clues as to how new leads developed is important to maximize your marketing efforts. With so many channels, if you’re not measuring, you’re missing out.
